New Look, New Power: Taught AI Microsites Just Got a Major Upgrade

By Ben | Taught AI Academy

I’m excited to share that the Taught AI school microsites — built for fictional school environments to model what’s possible — have just had a complete redesign. These updates aren’t just cosmetic. They’re about making AI more accessible, more powerful, and more aligned with how staff actually work.

These microsites are live demos of what AI can look like when it’s done safely, smartly, and on-brand for a school’s unique ethos.

A Fresh Design with Purpose

The new layout is cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate — designed to help staff:

  • Get to the right tool in fewer clicks

  • Understand what each GPT does at a glance

  • Feel confident using AI within a policy-aligned framework

Whether it's behaviour strategy support, trauma-informed email drafting, or resource generation for EAL learners, the site now reflects real staff journeys, not just features.

Even Bigger News: Copilot Agent Links Now Live

Each microsite now includes direct links to Copilot agents, allowing staff to launch AI tools from within Microsoft Teams.

That means:

  • No switching platforms

  • No missed prompts or broken workflows

  • Just one click to open a bespoke, school-safe GPT directly inside Teams

    • From lesson planning to parental comms, behaviour scripting to PSHE support

What This Means for Schools

These fictional microsites act as blueprints — showing schools exactly how AI can be:

  • Embedded in daily routines

  • Controlled through safeguarding and policy filters

  • Designed with both teachers and learners in mind

I’ll be sharing more case studies and video walkthroughs soon. But for now, explore the redesign, click a few Copilot links, and imagine what this could look like in your school, trust, or PRU.

Final Thought

AI in education isn’t about dropping tools onto teachers. It’s about building platforms that fit their workflow, reflect their values, and make everyday tasks easier.

That’s what these new microsites aim to model — and the Copilot links now take that vision one step further.

More tools. Less admin. Safer systems.
